Palin/McCain for president!

Not really. But that's the way the presidential ticket is in most people's heads. Everybody is talking about how great of a choice it was for McCain to choose Palin as his running mate.

Let's just talk about Palin in this post. She alone is the reason why an intelligent person wouldn't and shouldn't vote for the McCain/Palin ticket.

Are you intelligent? )

God's Plan. The Disney Sentiment

I guess God has a plan...because choosing to vote for McCain based solely on the fact that he loves life and completely disregarding the fact that he's been unethical time and time again in both his senatorial career and presidential campaign is stupid. I don't understand people who choose a candidate based upon his stance on that one issue. McCain doesn't love life or else he wouldn't CHOOSE to continue sending babies to be killed in an illegal war. I guess God has a plan... because two acquaintances of mine are dead, and Elizabeth's (my sister) husband, who happens to serve in the Marines, had his best friend die in his arms. But McCain is a good man because he is up on this Disney sentiment. He loves babies! Religion is the scourge of Democracy. Thomas Jefferson said "In every country and every age, the priest had been hostile to Liberty." He's right and it's a shame when religion dictates people's politics. Especially when I see all the intelligent people lost in it. I guess God has a plan though.
